Due to food safety, hygiene and freshness standards for tea and edible products, Kenya Chai (Ismail Traders) follows a strict No Return, No Exchange and No Refund Policy once an order is confirmed or dispatched. Please review your blend, pack size and quantity carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns & Refunds
Order confirm ya dispatch hone ke baad return, exchange ya refund accept nahi kiya jata. Order place karne se pehle blend, pack size aur quantity zaroor check karein. Confused hon tou pehle WhatsApp par poochh lein — hum blend recommend kar dete hain.
2. Damaged or Wrong Parcel
Agar parcel sealed condition mein na ho, ya galat blend/quantity aayi ho, tou delivery ke 24 hours ke andar unopened pack ki photo ke sath WhatsApp par inform karein. Verify hone par hum replacement bhejte hain — cash refund nahi.
3. Payment
Retail orders ke liye Bank Transfer / Raast aur Cash on Delivery available hain. Wholesale aur bulk supply cash only hai — koi credit terms nahi.

4. Delivery
Karachi: flat Rs. 300, normally 24–48 hours. Baaki Pakistan: courier rates order weight ke hisaab se, normally 2–4 working days. Bank transfer orders payment confirm hone ke baad dispatch hote hain.
5. Order Cancellation
Dispatch se pehle cancellation possible hai. Dispatch ke baad cancellation ya refund nahi hota. Bank transfer ke baad cancel karne par amount future order ke credit ke tor par adjust ki ja sakti hai.
